I have returned. I do not think words will do much good, but I am sorry that I died. It was [paaaaause] not what I expected to happen.

So far, I seem to remember. Time will show if I have forgotten anything.

There is one more thing. My name is not Handmaiden. It is Brianna.

Stoneface, I do not believe it would be wise of me to patrol today. I must [lots of pentaps] adjust to this new state before I am best able to carry out my duties, although I believe my physical combat skills have not been affected.

Ro Fred, when you are feeling well enough there is something I must speak to you about.

Bastet, Justice, and members of the Watch: I will be in and out of Medical for the next few days. I am uncertain as to how long. I was attacked by a large lizard and broke two ribs during the fight. The monster is dead.

I am aware that this was intended as a message to discourage the Watch. If whoever is responsible is reading this, know that it has had the opposite of its intended effect. Are you truly so foolish to believe that terrorizing us will stop this?

None of us are those who would flee from difficulty or danger--that is why we committed ourselves to this in the first place. We will do all in our power to ensure the safety and well-being of Edensphere's people, and obstacles such as these shall only make our devotion to that cause stronger.

Stoneface will return. Even if he does not, we will continue on for the cause that he gave his life for. Do not think for a moment that you will prevail.
