To those of you planning on eating in the Wilderness, I would advise you to be careful that you do not overindulge and make yourself sick. It would make the benefits of the buffet irrelevant. Although we have been subsisting on rations for some time, it will do you no good to succumb to gluttonous urges.

And there are plenty of healthy foods available if you take the time to find them. They are not difficult to locate and are much better choices than oil-fried foods and... pizza.

I mean, it's a total party, don't ruin it. It's worth the pain!

I REGRET NOTHING.

Sadly, I do not think your sensible advice will be listened to. I've already seen an upswing in the amount of patients coming in with digestive problems.

True.

And in spite of the potential problems, I am planning on indulging a little myself. I'll probably be taking my sister down within the next few days...

When such meals become forgotten to our stomachs, they're hardly met with welcomes upon their return... I near ate myself sick.

'Tis truth. After living off of rations, even the slightest of gristle or fat seems all too rich a meal.

Though I'd imagine few could show temperance in the face of such a banquet.

Why bother? Let them make themselves sick if they're so stupid.

Or not.

If only they'd eat something healthier.
